The ZBW is a Graz-based company specialised on research and consulting, working for public and private customers in the following fields:

• Research on labour market, human resources and education, networks and clusters
• Evaluation and monitoring of programmes in economy and labour market policy
• Development of consulting concepts and tools
• Knowledge management and knowledge transfer between profit and non-profit-organisations
• Consulting on human resources development

Currently, the company has five regular staff members, a varying number of free lancers and a stock of interviewers available ad hoc.

The company's core objective is to apply innovative methods of analyses to economy and labour market and to develop new products, services and consulting approaches.
