Research:
As researchers, we contribute to EU projects with all methods in surveying (interviews, online surveys, paper&pencil questionnaires, focus groups, observation techniques and other methods of field research), desk research and statistical as well as qualitative analysis.

Our research areas comprise the following areas: education & training, labour market, elearning, vocational counselling, career development, social networks, clusters.

Usability tests:
We have gained a lot of experience in further developing products and services by usability testing. We can recommend the usability testing methodology also for the assessment of product development and counselling and consulting services which are delivered to different target groups.

Internet & CMS:
We developed a highly flexible, multi-purpose content management system (CMS) which is ready for use for project purposes. This saves a lot of time and money for developing websites and communication platforms. It can easily be adjusted for specific purposes in elearning, web-based counselling, information systems and other needs of interaction. The system is based on the EZ Publish technology, a powerful and flexible open source CMS framework.

We also collaborate with a number of selected programmers in front-end design and in the design of cross-media tools for dissemination and campaigning.
